Able to manage multiple instructional development projects for various courses at the college/university level
Teaching experience at the college level
Teaching experience in workforce development and continuing education
Familiar with various ID models
Retain knowledge of SCORM and xAPI considerations as they apply to media selection with exposure to software engineering considerations when building for such standards
Experience writing scripts and storyboards for instructional and marketing media
Proficient in advanced software and hardware related to art/design, instructional design, professional audio/video production, 3D animation, gaming, and simulation
Demonstrated ability to lead one or more individuals to successful outcomes
Experience providing expert opinions and presenting results in the form of technical papers and formal briefings.
Experience working with DoD, Higher education, workforce development, and commercial training
Able to understand and apply knowledge at all levels in decision making
Creative, articulate, and persuasive in communicating with government, military, technical experts, academia, organizational leadership, and peers
Demonstrated ability to acquire new business/sales for the company
Demonstrated ability to effectively compare technical performance to program objectives.
Focused on identifying problem areas, minimizing risk, formulating solutions, and gaining support for new efforts
Personal computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software for general business operations
